A data source needs attention
Section titled “A data source needs attention”Изисква внимание — existing history stays. Steps:
- Read the message. Project page or Настройки на проекта — last issue + time.
- Check access at provider. Removed permission, regenerated key, expired token.
- Update credentials — Connected accounts.
- Test: owners Провери достъпа при доставчика in Настройки на проекта, then Синхронизирай сега.

Messages you might see
Section titled “Messages you might see”| Message | What it means |

The first import doesn’t finish
Section titled “The first import doesn’t finish”Usually minutes in background. Busy GitHub + long window takes longer. Still Awaiting first sync after 1h → Синхронизирай сега. Needs attention → steps above. GitHub: shorter history window.
A resource doesn’t appear in the list
Section titled “A resource doesn’t appear in the list”Only what connected account can see.
- Access at provider (integration guides), Опресни списъка.
- Up to 2,000 resources — filter or Въведи ръчно.
- Cloud editors: manual entry or ask owner.
The numbers look wrong
Section titled “The numbers look wrong”Dash. Not zero. A dash is not a zero.
Differs from provider. Same days, same timezone. Search Console Pacific; Umami browser TZ. Timezones.
Visitors lower than sum of days. Correct — one person two days = one visitor. How period totals work.
Yesterday changed. Provisional data. Partial and provisional data.
Drop to zero. Often tracking change — check provider dashboard.
Delayed. Newest data >3 days old. Search Console/Bing sometimes late.
You can’t sign in
Section titled “You can’t sign in”- Забравена парола? Забравена парола on sign-in.
- No sign-up email? Spam; links 1h; retry sign-up.
- Lost 2FA? Recovery codes; else email us.
- Invited, no workspace? Same invitation email; 72h expiry; new invitation.
