Free access right now
Section titled “Free access right now”Metribay Cloud is currently free to use. Your billing page says Free access:
- no payment details needed,
- all integrations and scheduled collection included,
- up to 5 workspaces with 10 members each,
- no limit on projects or sources while free access lasts.
We’ll announce any move to paid plans before it happens. Nobody is charged without first choosing a plan.
The Metribay Cloud plan
Section titled “The Metribay Cloud plan”When paid plans start, Metribay Cloud costs:
- USD 29 a month, or
- USD 190 a year (about 45% less).
Prices include VAT or sales tax, so you never pay more than the price you see. If you buy as a business with a valid VAT ID, Paddle may remove VAT and you pay less. If your card isn’t in US dollars, your bank may charge a conversion fee.
The plan includes:

One subscription covers every workspace you own. Limits count across all of them.
What counts
Section titled “What counts”- A project counts while it’s active. Archived projects don’t count.
- A source counts while it’s collecting. Paused sources, and sources in archived projects, don’t count.
So you can keep old projects for their history without paying for them. Your usage is shown on the billing page and at the top of Settings.

Trial and subscribing
Section titled “Trial and subscribing”The plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment method to start. Cancel within the 14 days and you pay nothing; otherwise the plan starts automatically.
To subscribe, choose a Billing period on the billing page and select Continue to Paddle. Paddle is our reseller: it handles checkout, payment, tax and invoices, and is the merchant of record for your order.
Invoices, payment details and cancelling
Section titled “Invoices, payment details and cancelling”Paddle manages your payment method, invoices and cancellation. Open them from the billing page.
When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
When there’s no active plan
Section titled “When there’s no active plan”If a trial ends without a subscription, or a subscription ends:
- Collection and changes pause. No new data is collected, and projects and sources can’t be changed.
- Your data stays. You can still sign in, see your full history and export your configuration.
- Shared access pauses. Team members can’t open your workspaces until the plan is active again.
Subscribe again and everything picks up where it left off, including your team’s roles. Collection catches up within each source’s history window.
